As we are committed to the success of our retailers, we will first check to make sure you are not located too close to an existing retailer. As soon as you are approved, we will send you an email letting you know that you can now log in using the username and password you created and begin shopping. If you are a brick and mortar store and there is a Zealandia Representative in your area, they will be provided with your information.
After your account is approved, you have access to these ordering methods- Order online. Log in using your user name and password to shop and save your favorites.
Wholesale Customer Terms
We require a $250 minimum for each wholesale order. Initial orders can be paid using Visa, MasterCard, or Paypal. After your first order, we would be happy to set up Net 30 terms with appropriate approved credit references.
We ship UPS ground within the continental US and US Postal Service to Alaska and Hawaii, unless you request a different shipping method. You also have the option to use your own shipping account, if you prefer. Simply indicate this when checking out online or provide us your shipping account details if ordering by phone, email, or fax. We do not ship COD. Shipping is F.O.B. Boise, Idaho. Customer pays all shipping charges, including insurance. Please allow 2 to 5 weeks for delivery.
There is no shipping charge for backorders over $100. Backorders less than $100 are subject to shipping charges or cancellation based on your preference.
