At Zealandia Designs we stand behind the jewelry we make and are confident that upon receipt of your purchase, you will find that it exceeds your expectations. If, however, you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund, replace or exchange your purchase within 90 days of receipt of the purchase. Please call or email before mailing your return.

Keep in mind when ordering that various shading and slight irregularities which may appear in fossils are inherent to the naturally occurring minerals they were in contact with while in the earth. These unique features, including cracks and fractures, have developed after thousands of years of nature’s intricate sculpting process, are part of the beauty of ammonites and fossilized ivory, and in no way reflect damaged or flawed material. The colors of ancient ivory range from cream to black depending on what minerals it has been in contact with during the fossilization period, making each piece a one-of-a-kind work of art. As each piece of ivory is unique, the items you receive could differ in color, but not quality, from the pieces shown.

Zealandia will cover shipping for defective items. Exchanges for other designs or color preferences will be accepted within 90 days provided the customer pays shipping and any product cost difference. Product refund or replacement will occur once the returned item is received at our offices in Boise. Refunds are only available to the original purchaser of an item. Please be sure to include your name and address inside the package and mail via the US Postal Service to:
