"Winged Scarab," Silver, Trilobite, Gold Plate & Fossil Walrus Tusk Pin/Pendant

    Fossil trilobite 'Elrathia Kingi,' an extinct form of marine life.  The first invertebrate form of life, trilobites flourished 450-550 million years ago.  Prior to the age of the dinosaurs, trilobites were the most numerous species on Earth.

   To the Egyptians it was the Scarab beetle that rolled the sun across the sky.  Scarabs provide the protection of the solar deities and symbolize rebirth.
